GQ Best Dressed Awards 2017: Red Carpet offerings gone wrong

The 8th edition of the GQ Best Dressed Awards 2017, that was held over the weekend was wow! This is not the time to talk about the best and stunning red carpet moments but those that were disappointing and disgusting. The likes of Shruti Haasan, Adah Sharma, Yami Gautam etc. gave mixed reactions during the event with their outfits.

Shruti Haasan

With her matching separates of a cropped blouse with a thigh-high leather skirt, an edgy hair cuff and strappy stilettos.

In a bid to look astonishing, her dress was one of the worst at the red carpet event. Her blouse fails to balance the thigh-high skirt and it draws all the attention.

Adah Sharma

With her fuchsia colored one-shouldered thigh-high slit gown from Label D and a pair of nude pumps and rounded it up with a big bow. This is really a faux pas for Adah Sharma.

Kanishtha Dhankar

Wearing a short dress with a floral appliqué work, with off-shoulder replete and large bow. This is no-sparkling style for Kanishtha, with her modeling background, more is expected from her. The dress is a complete letdown.

Yami Gautam

Her Nupur Kanoi dress with a sleek ponytail and laced up heels, dark eyes and simple makeup would have nailed her a superb look but the tank top was indeed a fashion faux pas.

Prateik Babbar

Wearing a casual black round-neck tee-shirt, a fitted denims and a royal blue colored jacket and a black shoe. He failed to abide by the red carpet vibes. But he still nailed it with hatke looks.
